After waking up in the morning or before going to bed at night, use the middle fingers of both hands to press and rub your temples in circles. First, rub seven to eight circles in the clockwise direction, then rub seven to eight circles in the reverse direction. Repeat several times for several days, and the migraine headache will be greatly relieved. Pay attention to weather changes, many times it is due to weather changes.
