What are the six major detoxification channels of the human body?

As we all know, the human body produces a lot of toxins and garbage. Everything we eat will be digested by the digestive system. This process will produce a series of reactions, which will produce garbage and toxins. The more common ones are garbage toxins in the intestines. If these garbage toxins remain in the human body for a long time, the harm is very serious, such as easy to cause cancer. Fortunately, the human body has many detoxification channels, the most important of which are the following six detoxification channels.

The six major detoxification channels of the human body:

Channel 1: Intestine

Food is digested by the stomach, absorbed by the small intestine, and excreted from the body by the large intestine. The human intestine is 8-10 meters long, and there is a wrinkle every 3.5 centimeters or so, which easily retains food residues. If you don't defecate in time, the retained food residues will rot and ferment under the action of bacteria. Over time, it will easily form toxic substances weighing 3-15 kilograms and firmly adhere to the intestinal wall.

These substances can produce 36 toxins and 179 diseases, 22 of which are malignant, such as colorectal cancer. So some people say: "Stool retention is the source of all diseases."

In addition to the large amount of toxins caused by stool accumulation in the intestines, the intestinal environment also produces toxins.

There are three types of bacteria in the human intestine: beneficial bacteria, harmful bacteria, and neutral bacteria. The more beneficial bacteria there are here, the healthier the body will be. When the number of beneficial bacteria decreases, toxins will easily remain in the intestines, thus blocking the detoxification channels.

Channel 2: Urinary Tract

In this channel, the kidneys play a filtering role, just like a screen window. If the screen window is not washed for twenty or thirty years, it will be clogged with dust.

The same is true for the kidneys. As we age, the filtering function of the kidneys gradually decreases. Some toxins cannot be filtered out and thus circulate into the body fluids, causing blockage in the detoxification channels.

Channel 3: Skin

Sweat can excrete a large amount of toxins, and the skin is the largest detoxification organ in the human body. But modern people work and sleep in air-conditioned rooms and do little exercise, which inhibits the effect of sweating and detoxification, so many people will have skin problems.

Channel 4: Respiratory tract

Breathing mainly refers to inhaling fresh air and exhaling carbon dioxide to ensure the smooth progress of human metabolism. Therefore, the respiratory tract is an important channel in the human body.

However, due to air pollution, drug abuse and other respiratory diseases, such as cough, tracheitis, pneumonia and so on, there are more and more.

Channel 5: Blood vessels

Blood vessels have three functions: 1. Transport nutrients to cells throughout the body; 2. Excrete waste; 3. Balance body temperature. As we age, toxins accumulate in the body and cannot be excreted in time, causing more and more impurities in the blood vessels, making the blood increasingly viscous and sticking to the blood vessel walls.

In this way, the lumen will become smaller and the tube wall will become thicker → the elasticity of the blood vessel will decrease → the blood vessel pressure will rise → the blood pressure will rise → the pressure will rise → the burden on the heart will increase → cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

Channel 6: Lymphatic vessels

Lymphatic vessels are channels for transporting immune cells and are also one of the important channels for excreting toxins. Lymph nodes are distributed throughout the body, not just around the neck.

As we all know, the human body has a lot of body fluids. Toxins in body fluids will be transported to blood vessels through transformation and decomposition in lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes, and then broken down by the liver. A small portion of fat-soluble toxins will be excreted through the skin, and most of the water-soluble toxins will be excreted through the kidneys.

If any link in the detoxification process of the lymphatic system is blocked, the toxins in the lymph cannot be discharged, which will cause disease.
