Eye bag eversion repair

Eye bag eversion repair

Many people may encounter various physical problems. For example, some people have ectropion of eye bags. Many people receive active treatment and repair if they discover it in time, but some people do not discover it in time, which eventually leads to the continued worsening of the disease. Therefore, everyone should choose the right treatment surgery to recover as soon as possible to avoid problems that affect their image.

Overview

Some people's eyelids will turn outward after eye bag surgery. Some are because the surgery is unsuccessful, and some are due to their physical condition. Some people have loose skin, and the skin around the eyes is fragile after surgery, with more accumulated fat, which causes the lower eyelid to evert. If ectropion occurs, it is best to go to the hospital for repair. If the eyelid margin can be closed to cover the cornea, the skin should be loosened and re-grafted after 1-3 months. If incomplete closure occurs, skin grafting should be performed early. When you are nervous and distressed, it will affect your recovery. Keeping a happy mood will also help your recovery.

Steps/Methods:

1 After eye bag surgery, due to edema and congestion, mild ectropion of the lower face may occur, which does not require special treatment and can generally return to normal within 2-3 months. However, for severe ectropion, correction is very difficult. The more effective correction methods, such as partial resection of the lower tarsal plate, will cause narrowing of the lower eyelid and change the shape of the eye; while skin grafting and flap transplantation will leave obvious and embarrassing marks. This shows that the key to preventing lower eyelid ectropion after eye bag surgery is prevention.

2 Normally, the eyelid margin just touches the lower edge of the cornea. Lower eyelid ectropion is an abnormal condition in which the eyelid margin turns away from the eyeball and turns outward. In mild cases, the eyelid edge cannot be in close contact with the eyeball. In severe cases, the eyelid and eyeball are separated, exposing the conjunctiva, and even the eyelid may be completely everted. The palpebral conjunctiva is often exposed to varying degrees, sometimes with incomplete closure of the palpebral fissure.

3 If the lower eyelid eversion occurs, you can pay attention to personal hygiene, eat more light food, avoid spicy and irritating food, get enough rest, and be careful not to get your eyes wet to prevent infection. You can also perform some local physical therapy or surgical methods for repair treatment, which also have a certain effect.

Note:

If you want to remove eye bags and make yourself younger and more beautiful, you must choose a professional and experienced eye plastic surgeon. If you accidentally find that your lower eyelid is turned outward after eye bag removal surgery, you should seek help from a professional ophthalmologist as soon as possible and ask the doctor to determine whether it can be repaired and how to repair it.
