What does cin2, a precancerous lesion of the cervix, mean? What are the risk factors for cervical cancer?

Cervical cancer is very common in our lives today. Cervical cancer is the most common gynecological malignancy. The incidence of carcinoma in situ is 30-35 years old, and the incidence of invasive cancer is 45-55 years old. In recent years, the widespread use of cervical cytology screening has enabled cervical cancer and precancerous diseases to be discovered and treated early, and the incidence and mortality of cervical cancer have been significantly reduced. Cin is a cervical precancerous lesion, Cin 1 is a mild precancerous lesion, Cin 2 is moderate, and Cin 3 is severe. Cin 2 is a better treatment option for leep cone biopsy, which can more accurately understand the location and extent of the lesion. After cone biopsy, check the pathology report to see if follow-up treatment is needed. Pay attention to reexamination after half a year to prevent recurrence. Invasion generally occurs after carcinoma in situ. If there is invasion, it can be concluded that it is cervical cancer, that is, the lesion has spread. If it develops to Cin and involves the glands, extensive total hysterectomy is required.

At present, the treatment options for cervical cancer are mainly surgery and radiotherapy. It can also be treated with a combination of Chinese and Western medicine, but the treatment rate of patients in the middle and late stages is very low.
