What does cin2, a precancerous lesion of the cervix, mean? What are the risk factors for cervical cancer?

Cervical cancer is very common in our lives today. In recent years, cervical cancer has become a terrifying killer that threatens women's health, and many women should pay more and more attention to cervical cancer. Then, what does cervical precancerous lesions cin2 mean? What causes cervical cancer?

Cervical cancer is the most common gynecological malignancy. The incidence of carcinoma in situ is 30-35 years old, and the incidence of invasive cancer is 45-55 years old. In recent years, the widespread use of cervical cytology screening has enabled cervical cancer and precancerous diseases to be discovered and treated early, and the incidence and mortality of cervical cancer have been significantly reduced. Cin is a cervical precancerous lesion, Cin 1 is a mild precancerous lesion, Cin 2 is moderate, and Cin 3 is severe. Cin 2 is a better treatment option for leep cone biopsy, which can more accurately understand the location and extent of the lesion. After cone biopsy, check the pathology report to see if follow-up treatment is needed. Pay attention to reexamination after half a year to prevent recurrence. Invasion generally occurs after carcinoma in situ. If there is invasion, it can be concluded that it is cervical cancer, that is, the lesion has spread. If it develops to Cin and involves the glands, extensive total hysterectomy is required.

At present, the treatment options for cervical cancer are mainly surgery and radiotherapy. It can also be treated with a combination of Chinese and Western medicine, but the treatment rate of patients in the middle and late stages is very low. As a woman, we should clean our love, strengthen medical care, pay attention to timely gynecological examinations, find signs of symptoms, and seek medical treatment in time. The cause of cervical cancer may be related to the following factors:

Persistent infection with high-risk HPV is the main risk factor for cervical cancer. More than 90% of cervical cancers are associated with high-risk HPV infection.

2. Sexual activity and birth frequency

Multiple sexual partners, first sexual intercourse before the age of 16, young age of first birth, and multiple pregnancies are closely related to cervical cancer.

3. Other biological factors

Infection with high-risk HPV such as Chlamydia trachomatis, herpes simplex virus type II pathogens, Trichomonas, etc. leads to synergistic effects in the development of cervical cancer.

Other behavioral factors

Smoking as a factor of HPV cervical cancer increases the risk of cervical cancer. In addition, malnutrition and poor hygiene conditions also affect the occurrence of the disease.
