3. Clavicular lymph node massage can activate the body's metabolism. You can use the pads of your other four fingers to massage from the inside out until you reach the shoulder blades. You also need to pause for a few seconds before relaxing. Repeat this five times.

4. You can massage the lymphatic point behind the ear. Massaging this point can better promote the discharge of excess water. In addition, there is a large lymphatic point behind the ear. You will feel soreness when pressing it hard. If you press the same point frequently, it can also stimulate the lymph glands and better promote the discharge of toxins. When doing this, pay attention to concentrate the strength on the fingertips, relax after a few seconds, and press again. Repeat this five times. You can do it frequently.

How to massage lymph

Step 1: Axillary drainage

Use the pads of the four fingers outside the thumb of your right hand to gently press the depression of the armpit under your right hand seven times in a row, then switch hands and repeat the same action.

Step 2: Abdominal Drainage

With your left and right hands overlapped (the left palm is pressed on the back of the right hand), massage the abdominal cavity in a clockwise circular motion starting from the lower edge of the heart. Step 3: Drainage on the instep

Step 4: Calf Drainage

Hold your calves with your hands in a ring shape, with four fingers in front and thumbs in the back, and slide from bottom to top to the knees. Repeat this movement five times.

Step 5: Drainage behind the knee

Hold your knees in a ring with your hands from bottom to top, with your palms facing up, in the opposite direction of the previous move, with four fingers at the back and thumbs in front. Use four fingers to lightly press the depression behind the knees, then slide up to the thighs. Repeat this action five times.

Step 6: Thigh Drainage

Continue with the previous movement, but use your thumb to apply force, starting from the top of the knee, at intervals of 2 cm. Press lightly for 5 seconds, then release and move upwards repeatedly until you reach the groin area.
