Lack of rest makes my heart uncomfortable

There are many reasons for a bad heart, such as poor eating habits or an irregular lifestyle, which can lead to heart problems. Poor rest is the biggest "killer" that causes heart discomfort. Therefore, when your heart is feeling uncomfortable, you must adjust your lifestyle in time, pay attention to rest, control your weight, quit smoking and drinking, exercise moderately, and eat a reasonable diet. Here are some treatment methods for heart discomfort.

1. Control your weight

As you gain weight, your blood cholesterol will also increase, increasing your risk of coronary heart disease. And the risk of disease increases with weight. Obesity can also lead to diabetes, and one of the complications of diabetes is coronary heart disease. Therefore, you should pay attention to your diet, exercise properly, and control your weight.

2. Quit smoking

3. Stop drinking

However, drinking red wine in moderation can protect the cardiovascular system, so you should pay attention to the amount of drinking.

4. Exercise moderately

5. Regular life and proper diet

People with poor heart function must strengthen their nutrition and eat enough staple foods, because the nutrients the brain needs are carbohydrates. If the amount of staple foods consumed every day is insufficient, the brain's memory and cognitive abilities will decline, and the heart's oxygen supply cannot be guaranteed.

6. Three cups of black tea a day

7. Doing small movements frequently is good for exercising your heart and brain

You can do some small actions in your spare time, such as yawning, doing exercises during class, etc., so that the blood flow in the head will increase, and blood and oxygen supply can be guaranteed, thereby improving the heart's working efficiency.
