Massage the thyroid gland on the sole of the foot every day

Acupoint massage can be said to be a very common method of treatment in traditional Chinese medicine. Although acupoint massage takes a long time to take effect compared to Western medicine, it is still very helpful in controlling the disease if you persist in it for a long time. However, everyone still needs to master the method of massage. To massage the thyroid gland on the sole of the foot every day, you first need to find the correct acupoints. So, let’s talk specifically about the method of foot thyroid massage!

Thyroid disease belongs to goiter in traditional Chinese medicine. It is caused by emotional discomfort, the six evils, improper water and soil, which lead to abnormal balance of yin and yang, qi, blood and body fluids in the body, resulting in local pathological changes, causing qi stagnation, phlegm stagnation or qi and blood stagnation in the neck. Thyroid diseases are closely related to several meridians, such as the Ren Meridian, the Yangming Meridians of the Hands and Foots, and the Shaoyang Meridians of the Hands and Foots. To treat thyroid diseases, you mainly need to massage some acupoints on these meridians, and at the same time massage the thyroid reflex area on the soles of the feet.

The specific operation method of acupoint massage is: press the tip of the thumb (or index finger, middle finger) on the acupoint, and rub and press with the fingers in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. Press and knead each acupoint 100-200 times, applying a certain amount of force with your fingers.

It is best to massage twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, and persist in doing so.
