Reasonable combination: The diet should be reasonable and not single-edged. The diet of patients with cervical spondylosis is generally divided into two categories. One is staple food, which mainly provides heat energy, such as rice and noodles, which belong to this type of food; the other type of food can regulate physiological functions, called side dishes, such as beans, fruits and vegetables. The nutrients contained in staple foods are different, so you should eat both coarse and fine foods at the same time and not eat just one type of food. The comprehensive nutrition of coarse and fine, dry and liquid, main and secondary can meet the needs of the human body, promote the patient's recovery and maintain the needs of a normal human body.

2) Patients with cervical spondylosis need to eat according to their symptoms

Since cervical spondylosis is caused by vertebral hyperplasia, bone degeneration and osteoporosis, patients with cervical spondylosis should eat a diet rich in calcium, protein, B vitamins, vitamin C and vitamin E.

Calcium is the main component of bones, and is found primarily in milk, fish, pig tail bones, soybeans, black beans, etc. Protein is also an indispensable nutrient for the formation of ligaments, bones and muscles. Vitamins B and E can relieve pain. Relieve fatigue.

If cervical spondylosis is caused by damp-heat blocking the meridians, you should eat more fruits and vegetables such as kudzu root, bitter gourd, and loofah that can clear away heat, relieve muscles, and dredge the meridians; if it is caused by cold and dampness blocking the meridians, you should eat more dog meat, mutton and other foods that can warm the meridians and dispel cold; if it is caused by blood deficiency and qi stagnation, you should eat more foods such as rooster, carp, and black beans. In short, eating according to the symptoms can be beneficial to the recovery of patients with cervical spondylosis.
