2. Solution

When using air conditioning in the summer, it is best to adjust the temperature higher rather than too low. The temperature difference between indoor and outdoor should be controlled within 7°C. In addition, although it is hot in summer, you still need to drink more hot water and soak your feet in hot water more often at night. When using the air conditioner, you can wear shoes and socks and long pants to prevent your feet from getting directly cold. In normal times, you can eat more foods that replenish qi and blood, such as red dates, ginger and mutton soup, etc.
