After taking enzymes, my stools are like water

Generally speaking, having watery diarrhea after taking enzymes is a normal physiological phenomenon and patients do not need to worry too much. If the patient has diarrhea more than four times a day, the dosage can be halved.

Enzyme is also called biocatalytic enzyme. Enzyme is produced by living cells and is a protein and RNA with high specificity and high catalytic efficiency for its substrate. Enzyme is an enzyme that helps promote the body's metabolism and relieve constipation. It is normal to have loose and sticky stools. This situation is mainly caused by violent intestinal peristalsis, which usually will be relieved in about three to seven days. Enzymes promote the excretion of water-based toxins in the body, which is a normal reaction. Enzymes are rich in dietary fiber, probiotics and a wide variety of digestive bacteria. Dietary fiber will mix in the feces to absorb water and swell to expand the feces, and make harder feces soft. When it contacts the inner wall of the intestine, it will absorb moisture from the inner wall, irritate the intestine, accelerate peristalsis, and produce diarrhea. Probiotics can also stimulate the intestine, promote peristalsis, and clear the intestines for defecation. A wide variety of digestive enzymes can promote the digestion and decomposition of food, break it down into small molecules, and smoothly go down for detoxification and defecation, thereby causing diarrhea.

While taking enzymes, patients need to drink plenty of water, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, and get enough sleep. Appropriate exercise can speed up the body's excretion of toxins.
