My belly is bloated and I keep farting

Many people are prone to bloating after eating, and when people are bloated, their stomachs may also bulge. Generally speaking, the feeling of bloating is very uncomfortable. Some people may even fart to expel gas when they have bloating, which also indirectly affects people's lives. There are many reasons for this phenomenon, and we should pay attention to regulating it. What's wrong with that bloated belly and the constant farting?

1. Flatulence

There are many reasons for bloating, such as eating too fast or talking while eating, which results in swallowing too much air. Or some foods themselves are prone to cause bloating, such as beans, wheat bran, apples, peaches, onions, cabbage, cereals, and potato foods such as sweet potatoes and potatoes. These are all foods that are easy to produce gas. When air enters the body, the human body will instinctively burp or fart to expel excess gas. So, the key to relieving bloating or stopping farting is to expel the gas as quickly as possible.

2. Exhaust

If you feel like passing gas, don't hold it in. You can temporarily avoid the crowd. You must release it so that your stomach and intestines can relieve the pressure. If abdominal bloating is difficult to eliminate, you can use peppermint oil to apply the area around your navel to eliminate abdominal bloating. You can drink some mint tea or citrus tea to relieve gastrointestinal bloating.

3. Use abdominal breathing

The method of abdominal breathing is actually very simple; when we inhale, the belly expands, and when we exhale, the belly contracts. Although you may not be used to it at first, once you get used to it, it will help stimulate gastrointestinal motility and promote the excretion of waste in the body. On the other hand, it can also make the airflow smooth and increase lung capacity. If gastrointestinal bloating and discomfort are caused by taking specific medications, such as certain laxatives or diet pills, you may need to communicate with your doctor and request a change of medication or stop taking it.
