Washing powder + detergent

You can add laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid in a 1:1 ratio into warm water, then soak the stained white T-shirt in the water, wait for about 30 minutes, and then scrub the stained area with your hands. If it is still not clean enough, put it in 50-degree hot water, then add detergent and continue rubbing it, and it will be clean.
