How to make hair darker without dyeing

In addition to premature graying of hair, the main reason for the graying of hair for many people is that people's current pace of life is completely inconsistent with the normal lifestyle. The hair slowly turns gray. So how can hair be darker without dyeing?

Wash the black beans clean, steam and dry them repeatedly, then store them in a porcelain bottle. Eat them twice a day, 6 grams each time, chewing them and swallowing them with light salt water. At the same time, eat 1 egg and 2 large walnut kernels every day and keep taking them.

Take 12 large walnuts, peel off the shell and the membrane on the flesh, stir-fry the walnut meat and chop it for later use. Also take 60 grams each of wolfberry and Polygonum multiflorum, and 240 grams of red beans or black soybeans.

First, add appropriate amount of water to wolfberry and Polygonum multiflorum and boil them together. When the juice is thick, filter out the residue. Then add the fried and chopped walnut meat and black beans into the juice. Continue to boil until the walnut meat is soft and the juice is completely absorbed by the black beans. Finally, take it out and dry it or tumble dry it at low temperature before consumption. Take twice a day, 6 to 9 grams each time, in the morning and evening on an empty stomach or when hungry.

Take 1000 grams of walnut kernels, soak them in cold water for 3 days, take them out and remove the skin, then put an appropriate amount of white sugar into the pot, pour it into the walnut kernels after it melts, stir well, and it can be eaten after it cools. Take twice a day. 10 grams each time.

Mash 250 grams each of black sesame and fresh mulberry, add a little honey and mix well. Put in a bottle, take 1 tablespoon each time with boiled water, 3 times a day.

Going to bed before 11 o'clock at night can help store sperm and blood and stay energetic. And catching up on several hours of sleep during the day is not as good as going to bed an hour earlier at night.

White hair due to staying up late is caused by insufficient Qi and blood. You need to replenish Qi and blood. You can eat some red dates to strengthen the spleen and replenish Qi, or drink some millet porridge, because Qi can produce blood, circulate blood, and transform blood. When the Qi is replenished, the blood will rise, and naturally there will be less white hair.

Graying of hair due to frequent staying up late is mostly caused by insufficient kidney qi. Therefore, in addition to replenishing qi and blood, you should also pay attention to replenishing the kidneys. You can eat more kidney-replenishing foods such as wolfberry and black sesame.
