Press your left ear with your right fingers and press down, while straightening your left shoulder outward. Hold for 10 to 15 seconds. By tightening and then releasing it and taking a deep breath, you can immediately feel the relaxation of your head and the release of local muscles.

In addition to the unscientific height of the pillow when sleeping every day, the most important thing is catching cold, including external cold wind and cold food in the diet. Because the neck muscles will tighten when exposed to cold, and the cold evil will spread inward, the relatively fragile cervical spine will be more susceptible to disease.
