7. Avoid drinking caffeinated coffee, tea and soft drinks. It turns out that too much caffeine can cause low blood sugar, which can make you crave sugar. You can't drink alcohol anyway.

8. Absolutely avoid sugar, milk, yogurt, flour products, grain foods, starchy vegetables, soy, sweet condiments, nuts, and any fruits and juices.

9. You can eat out more often, but be wary of the sugar hidden in gravy, soy sauce and dressings.

10. You must exercise every day.

First of all, we need to clarify the foods needed for the Atkins diet, mainly starting from the entry stage, fish, nuts, eggs, low-sugar and low-starch vegetables and fruits, etc. It should be noted that when consuming food, try to eat less of anything with high garlic and chili content. Although pumpkin, loofah and bean pods are vegetables, they are relatively high in starch and sugar, so they should also be eaten less.

3. Matching principles
