4 reasons why liver cancer favors middle-aged men

Primary liver cancer can occur at any age. The incidence of liver cancer in my country starts at the age of 20 and reaches a peak between the ages of 40 and 60. The high-incidence age group is between 40 and 50 years old. Among them, males are more than females, about 4:1. Among liver cancer patients, patients with a history of hepatitis such as hepatitis B account for about 80%.

4. Bad eating habits

Middle-aged men between 40 and 50 are generally at the peak of their careers, have many social events and often drink alcohol. The incidence of alcoholic liver disease and fatty liver disease is also high at this age. According to statistics, the proportion of fatty liver disease patients among men aged 40-50 is as high as 60%.
