We often hear the saying, "You get tired of what you do." People are always dissatisfied with their jobs and always feel that other people's jobs are better than their own. In fact, this is a problem of people’s mentality. We should be positive about our work and learn to enjoy the fun that work brings us. In this way, life will be more exciting and we will have more confidence in our work. In fact, every job has difficult times and easy times. Don't let yourself get into distress during difficult times. Try to master the rules and methods to do the job well. In fact, work is not that obscure and painful. 1. First of all, don’t compare yourself with others. This is something I’ve experienced deeply, everyone starts in a different place and everyone goes on their own journey. You have no idea where someone else’s journey will lead them, so making comparisons is a complete waste of time and can feed into negativity and low self-esteem, which is frustrating and immature. 2. Never obsess over things you can't control. While it is often important to understand other things - such as the economy, the market in which you are selling, and the actions that others may take - your focus should be on the things you really can control: your own thoughts and your own actions. 3. Know and maintain your own personal limits and boundaries. While sometimes your work may seem like the most important part of your world, if you allow work situations to push you to the point where they infringe on your privacy and integrity, you are killing a part of yourself. 4. Don’t over-promise yourself or your team. Being enthusiastic and willing to go the “extra mile” is a great thing, but making promises that you or your team can’t reasonably deliver on is just a recipe for failure and disappointment. 5. Remember that you have the same amount of time in a day as everyone else. You may feel like you don't have time and that you need more time, but the simple fact is that when the day begins, you have your fair share of time: 24 hours. No one has more time than you, so stop complaining. 6. Don't take yourself too seriously, others don't. The ability to laugh at your own little flaws will not only make you happier as a person, it will also make you more powerful, more influential, and more attractive to others. If you can't laugh at yourself, others will laugh at you behind your back. 7. Daydream more, not less. The idea that daydreaming and work are mutually exclusive belongs to the 20th century. This is when you let your mind wander, and you are more likely to have insights that make you unique and more competitive. 8. Don't worry about hatred, it's not worth your worry. Hatred is an emotional parasite that eats away at your energy and health. If something is wrong in the world and you can change it, take action. If you can't take action, you're better off forgiving and forgetting. 9. Make peace with your past lest it create your future. Focusing on past mistakes or bad things that are causing you pain is like driving your car while looking in the rearview mirror. You keep going in the same direction until you hit something hard. 10. Don't try to "win" every argument. Some battles are simply not worth fighting, and many people are easier to get along with when they think they have already won an argument. What matters is not “winning” but what you and everyone else involved plan to do next. |
