Feet sweating while lying in bed in winter

Feet sweating while lying in bed in winter

The weather is relatively cold in winter. Generally, many people will have cold hands and feet in winter. Of course, there are some special people who do not have cold hands and feet. Instead, their feet will sweat after lying in bed. Sweating feet in winter is not a particularly normal phenomenon. Generally, this situation is sweaty feet syndrome. What should you do if your feet sweat while lying in bed in winter? The specific solution is introduced below.

Sweaty feet are more serious in winter, and may cause frozen feet. Add 10-15 grams of alum to the hot water, wait for the alum to dissolve in the water, and then scald your feet for 15-20 minutes at a suitable water temperature.

Do it once every night for 5-6 consecutive days as a course of treatment to cure sweaty feet.

Key points for caring for sweaty feet

In winter, "sweaty feet" lose heat 25 times faster than "dry feet" and are more susceptible to frostbite. When this happens, the body automatically shuts down the circulation system of the superficial skin, resulting in insufficient blood supply to the feet. Inadequate blood supply means that the skin tissue around the feet dies, causing cracks in the feet. To this end, people should do the following to protect their feet:

1. If your feet are sweating, you should dry them and put on dry socks and dry shoes. 2. People with "sweaty feet" should change their socks at least once a day and avoid sleeping in socks. 3. People with "sweaty feet" should wear acrylic synthetic socks instead of pure cotton, as this can absorb sweat. 4. Do not wear shoes and socks that are too tight to avoid obstructing blood circulation in the feet. 5. If conditions permit, you can also apply some anti-sweat oil on your feet.

Add 10-15 grams of alum to the water for hot feet. After the alum dissolves in the water, soak your feet in hot water for 15-20 minutes at an appropriate temperature. Do this once every night. One course of treatment is 5-6 days. Soon, your sweaty feet will be cured. It also depends on the patient’s specific situation:

Young and middle-aged people with sweaty feet can use the above method, and it is effective.

If you are in the developmental period, it is normal for your sweat glands to secrete vigorously, and it is not advisable to use alum for a long time or repeatedly. You can use alum (the product of calcining alum and losing its crystal water, which can be bought at pharmacies) and grind it into fine powder. Sprinkle a small amount on the toes after cleaning. It will have an immediate effect. The effect usually lasts for 8-12 hours, and there will be no effect on the body after stopping the drug. This method can also be used to relieve symptoms such as axillary odor and body odor during the developmental period.
