How to heal blisters at the corners of mouth quickly

Having blisters at the corners of the mouth is a very annoying thing. It not only affects a person's appearance but also makes people feel very uncomfortable. Some people want to make it heal faster, so they prick the blisters at the corners of the mouth to let the tissue fluid inside flow out, thinking that this will help them recover faster. In fact, this practice is wrong, because the tissue fluid may infect other parts and cause blisters to grow in other parts as well. Let’s take a look at how to heal the blisters on the corners of the mouth quickly.

Herpes refers to a disease caused by viruses of the herpesviridae family. Currently, there are eight viruses in the herpesviridae family (herpes simplex virus types 1 and 2, varicella-zoster virus, human cytomegalovirus, Epstein-Barr virus and human herpes virus types 6, 7, and 8) that are known to cause human diseases. These viruses are collectively referred to as human herpesviruses (HHVs). HHV is a group of medium-sized enveloped DNA viruses that can cause a variety of diseases in humans and can remain latent in the body for a long time, causing recurrent infection under certain conditions. Common clinical diseases include chickenpox, shingles, herpes simplex, and genital herpes. It can invade multiple organs of the human body and can occur at any age.

Methods/Steps

In the early stages of herpes, the affected area should be treated promptly, and commercially available Daktarin can be applied to the affected area. Daktarin is a relatively good antiseptic ointment. It's effective, no pain, and absorbed very quickly. (Don’t think that Dakning is only for treating athlete’s foot. Read its instructions carefully.) Apply it once every 12 hours. Apply it two or three times and you will be fine. After treatment, the herpes will not grow, and there will be no itching or pain.

Keep the herpes area dry and avoid touching it with your hands.

Eat more foods containing vitamin B and vitamin C, such as bitter gourd, whole grains, etc. Do not eat foods that can easily cause inflammation, such as chili peppers, peanuts, etc.

4. Exercise more and keep your body in good shape.
