Adults take 2 to 4 tablets orally on an empty stomach or before bed. Gastric mucosa extract is a polysaccharide extracted from pig gastric mucosa that is resistant to gastric acid. Adults take 2 to 3 grams each time, 4 times a day. It is more effective when taken with aluminum hydroxide.
