 Burning pain in chest

In daily life, many people have experienced a burning sensation in the chest. There are many reasons for this phenomenon. When this phenomenon occurs, the first thing to think about is whether you have eaten particularly irritating food that caused such discomfort in the stomach. If this phenomenon is serious, you should go to the hospital for examination and receive effective treatment under the guidance of a doctor.

Causes

1. It turns out that many people have experienced chest pain. Some people thought it was a heart attack, but more people ignored it. Yes, it could be a symptom of coronary artery disease, but it could also be just a minor chest pain or stomach acid. If you figure it out, you won’t panic.

2. We don’t know what causes acid reflux yet, but what is certain is that it must be related to the food we eat and the way we eat.

3. The main possible causes are: swallowing large mouthfuls of food in one breath, eating too much at one meal, being too full or too greasy, drinking or smoking before meals, and lying down immediately after meals. The resistance of the esophageal mucosa may be related to the abnormal peristalsis of the esophagus.

Inspection method

1. Chest burning lasts for more than 3 weeks.

2. Waking up in pain while sleeping.

Pay attention to the following symptoms:

1. Chest pain is a common clinical symptom with many causes. The location and severity of chest pain are not necessarily consistent with the location and severity of the lesion. Tissue damage caused by trauma, inflammation, tumors and certain physical and chemical factors can stimulate the intercostal nerves, phrenic nerves, posterior roots of crestal nerves and vagus nerves distributed in the esophagus, bronchi, lungs, pleura, heart and aorta, all of which can cause chest pain. When identifying, you can first analyze which category it belongs to, and then identify the various causes within this category.

2. Heartburn is a burning pain in the upper abdomen or lower chest, accompanied by symptoms of acid reflux. Heartburn is one of the most common symptoms of the digestive system. For most people, the most common cause is eating too fast or too much. However, some people often have heartburn even if they pay great attention to their diet. Some people also experience heartburn after eating certain specific foods, such as alcohol and chili peppers. These foods can relax your lower esophageal sphincter or increase gastric acid secretion. Both of these causes can cause heartburn.

3. Sour taste in the mouth accompanied by bitter taste, heartburn and pain in the ribs. This is the result of fire in the liver meridian causing liver-stomach disharmony, and the fire should be drained.
