Foods that are thick and greasy, difficult to digest, and easily hinder the functioning of the spleen and stomach, such as pork, duck, turtle meat, oyster meat, glutinous rice, etc.

Foods that have the effect of promoting qi and aiding digestion, but can damage vital energy and aggravate deficiency and cold, such as hawthorn, radish, leek, coriander, etc.
