Second, look at the individual crab: the crab should be large, strong and healthy.

Who should not eat crabs?

1. People who have a history of allergies to crabs, or have urticaria, allergic asthma, allergic dermatitis, especially children, the elderly and pregnant women with allergic constitutions, should not eat crabs.

2. Patients with cholecystitis, cholelithiasis, hepatitis, acute and chronic pancreatitis, and severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases should try to eat less or no crabs, and should not drink alcohol with crabs, so as not to aggravate the condition or cause acute attacks of the above diseases.

3. People with diarrhea, stomachache, cold, fever or weak spleen and stomach should not eat crabs, because hairy crabs are cold foods with high protein and fat content, which are difficult to digest and absorb. At the same time, they will accelerate spleen and stomach discomfort and cause symptoms such as abdominal distension, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and vomiting.

4. Pregnant women with cold and weak constitution are not suitable to eat cold and damp hairy crabs, as it may cause miscarriage.

5. Infants and young children should not eat hairy crabs to avoid the high protein content increasing the burden on the liver and kidneys; school-age children should eat half a crab each time.
