What disease is it that has spots on the lungs

Lungs are very important to everyone. Lung diseases can seriously affect a person's health, especially when spots appear on the lungs. You must take it seriously and actively go to the hospital for a detailed examination. Then, after finding out the cause, targeted treatment can be given. Lung diseases are usually treated as early as possible, and the earlier the treatment, the easier it is to control the condition. What is the disease of having spots on the lungs?

What is the disease of spots on the lungs?

If there are spots on the lungs, we need to look at the characteristics of the spots: whether the edges are neat and even, whether other cancer indicators are abnormal, and also whether the individual has subjective symptoms and signs, such as fever, cough, sputum, and a history of tuberculosis.

What are the symptoms of lung disease?

1. Chronic bronchitis

Chronic bronchitis refers to a chronic lung disease of the trachea, bronchial mucosa and surrounding tissues, a non-specific inflammation. If the patient coughs and expectorates for more than 3 months each year for 2 consecutive years or longer, and other known causes of chronic cough can be excluded, chronic bronchitis can be diagnosed.

2. Emphysema

Emphysema refers to the abnormal and persistent expansion of the distal air spaces of the terminal bronchioles of the lungs, with destruction of the alveolar walls and bronchioles, without obvious pulmonary fibrosis.

3. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

The concept of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a lung disease characterized by airflow limitation. The airflow limitation is not completely reversible and develops progressively. The exact cause is not very clear, but it is believed to be related to the abnormal inflammatory response of the lungs to harmful substances. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is closely related to chronic bronchitis and pulmonary or emphysema.

Causes of Lung Disease

1. Smoking

Smoke is an extremely acidic substance, which can easily cause acidification of the human body. An acidic body constitution can easily induce cancer. According to a large amount of survey data from various countries, the cause of lung cancer is closely related to smoking.

The increase in lung cancer incidence is in parallel with the increase in cigarette sales. Cigarettes contain many carcinogens. The incidence of lung cancer in smokers is 10 times higher than that in non-smokers, and the incidence is even higher in heavy smokers, 20 times higher than that in non-smokers.

2. Occupational factors

In the 1930s, there were reports in the literature of a high incidence of lung cancer in a mining area in Europe. After years of investigation and research, it is now generally recognized that long-term exposure to radioactive substances such as uranium, radium and their derivatives, carcinogenic hydrocarbons, arsenic, chromium, nickel, copper, tin, iron, coal tar, asphalt, petroleum, asbestos, mustard gas and other substances, due to changes in people's diet structure and living habits, will cause acidification of the body, resulting in a slowing of metabolic cycle and a decline in overall immune function, giving these radioactive elements an opportunity to induce cell cancer.
