How to open red wine with a spiral wine opener?

To open wine, you need a special wine opener. There is a kind of wine opener that is the most popular in the world. In China, it is usually called a seahorse wine opener because its shape resembles a seahorse. This wine opener is very convenient and easy to use, but if you have never opened it, you really don’t know how to use it?

How to use a wine opener: Step 1: There is a folded knife on the side, and you won’t be able to find it if you don’t pay attention. This knife is used to cut the bottle cap: cut the cap along the edge slightly below the bottle mouth.

How to use a wine opener: Step 2: Use the screwdriver to turn downwards towards the center of the cork, and be careful about the depth of the turn: if it is not deep enough, the cork may be easily broken, and if it is turned too deep, sawdust may be brought into the wine. The simplest way is to make the depth reach the top bend of the spiral.

How to use a wine opener: Step 3: Put the upper bottle clamp on the bottle mouth, pull the handle upwards, and when it cannot be pulled up any further, replace it with the lower bottle clamp on the bottle mouth, and then pull up again. When the cork is about to fall out of the bottle, do not use too much force at this time. Remove the cork slowly to prevent the wine from flying out.

The following is done in two steps:

1. Align the yellow fan-shaped knob with the cork and turn it vertically downward - be careful not to tilt it - until the metal screw is visible in the center of the lower end of the cork.

2. Slowly and forcefully twist the yellow bottle-mouth plastic cap at the lower end of the fan shape. At this time, the cork will slowly rise from the bottleneck along with the yellow plastic screw cap and exit the bottle mouth, and it will be OK.

Please note: You cannot ignore step 2 and pull it out with force, as this will make it difficult for people with less strength or women to pull it out; people with greater strength may just pull the wire out of the cork, while the cork will not move, like a slipped wire, and it will not be easy to screw it back in.
