How to wash liquid foundation off clothes

Liquid foundation is a kind of cosmetic, it is used to apply on the face to beautify our appearance. Sometimes our clothes get dirty, mostly because of oil stains or dirt, which can be washed off with detergent. But sometimes liquid foundation gets on clothes. Once this happens, it cannot be washed off with detergent. Many people don’t know what to do. So how do you wash off liquid foundation on clothes?

1. You can try using alcohol. 2. You can first put a piece of paper towel under the stain, and then use another wet cloth to gently press the stain for a while, then the stain will seep through the fibers of the clothes to the paper towel underneath. This method is quite effective, free and safe. 3. Use some makeup remover to clean the contaminated area first, and then wash them together.

  If liquid foundation is stained on clothes, you can use the following methods to remove it : 1. When the clothes are dry, apply Blue Moon hand wash or deep clean laundry detergent to the stain to completely cover the stain. After standing for 5 minutes (you can gently rub it), add Blue Moon laundry detergent and wash it normally. 2. If the stain cannot be removed after the above method, (1) For white cotton, linen and polyester clothes: add 1 bottle cap (40 grams) of Blue Moon White Clothes Color Stain Remover (600g specification) to half a basin of water (about 2 liters), stir well, put in white clothes and soak for 30 minutes, and rinse thoroughly. If the stains are still not removed after soaking for 2 hours, take out the clothes, add 1 bottle cap of this product to the basin, stir well, put the clothes in and continue soaking. The cumulative soaking time shall not exceed 6 hours. (2) Colored and other white clothing: Place the clothing in a basin with the stained area against the bottom of the basin. Use the bottle cap of Blue Moonlight Colored Clothes Stain Cleaner (600g specification) to measure 1/4 bottle cap (10g) of Colored Clothes Stain Cleaner and 1/4 bottle cap (10g) of Blue Moon Collar Cleaner, pour them on the stained area, cover the stain with other unstained parts of the clothing to prevent it from drying out, let it sit for 2 hours, and rinse it clean. If the stain is still not removed after 2 hours, you can extend the standing time to overnight. Note: White Clothes Stain Cleaner is suitable for white cotton, linen, polyester, polyester-cotton, and cotton-linen fabrics. Do not use it on silk, wool, spandex, nylon, and other clothing that cannot be bleached with chlorine. Do not use the original solution directly. Color Clothes Stain Remover is not suitable for easily faded clothes or dry-cleaned clothes. When using it, avoid contact with metal buttons, zippers, metal decorations on the clothes and avoid direct sunlight.

If liquid foundation gets on your clothes and cannot be washed off, don't rush to use laundry detergent to clean it. It's best to apply makeup remover oil first to dilute and dissolve it, and then use laundry detergent to clean it. Liquid foundation is different from other stains and cannot be washed off directly with laundry detergent.

Specific cleaning operation method:

1. Apply an appropriate amount of makeup remover oil on the clothes stained with liquid foundation, covering the key areas.

2. Wait for about 1-2 minutes until the cleansing oil is fully absorbed, then rub the stained area with foundation liquid with your hands.

3. After the liquid foundation is gradually rubbed and dissolved, rinse off the makeup remover with clean water first, then apply laundry detergent to the remaining stains for a second wash.

4. Continue scrubbing the key areas for about 2 minutes, the liquid foundation will be fully cleaned without any residue. Apply it twice more with water, wash and wring dry, and dry it in the sun.
