What to do if there is a rot between the toes

What to do if there is a rot between the toes

Toe ulcers are a common clinical problem. When toe ulcers occur, you must pay attention to it, as it is likely caused by athlete's foot. When there are ulcers between the toes, they need to be treated and relieved through many methods. Of course, there are many ways to treat toe ulcers, and you can use multiple methods to achieve twice the result with half the effort. So what should people do when they get rot between their toes?

1. Medication

The ulceration has reached a very serious level, so go to the dermatology department of the hospital immediately. Because a large amount of data shows that topical medications alone are ineffective and need to be combined with some oral medications such as antibiotics and foot bath medicines, and then topical medications to cure the disease.

2. Traditional Chinese Medicine

It is recommended to use Chinese medicine to treat toe ulcers. The effect is better than Western medicine and no scars will be left after healing. In particular, water-based drugs have obvious advantages over traditional ointment drugs, such as simple dressing changes and less pain. When using ointments, you must first wash off the remaining ointment before changing the dressing before reapplying the new medicine. Otherwise, the residual medicine will affect the efficacy of the medicine and even become the culprit of wound inflammation. It is helpful to observe the changes on the wound surface. The drug film formed by water-based drugs on the wound surface has no thickness, while ointments need to be applied thicker, which will interfere with the observation of the wound surface.

3. Apply clotrimazole tinea solution or compound salicylic acid tincture once a day after soaking your feet in hot water. Apply athlete's foot cream or tinea cream after the skin is dry. Pay more attention to cleaning your shoes and socks. Also, pay special attention to ventilating and drying the shoe cabinet frequently. If the shoe cabinet cannot be moved, it should be regularly scrubbed with disinfectant or desiccant should be placed in to remove moisture. Ulcers between the toes are a typical athlete's foot disease. This disease is difficult to treat, but if the treatment method is correct, the treatment effect is also good.
