Woke up with a stomachache

Sometimes we often have stomach pain problems, and it feels quite serious. After sleeping and waking up, I find that I have stomach pain, and the pain symptoms are different each time. However, you should pay attention to protecting your body and avoiding catching cold, or pay attention to your diet structure. Avoid eating foods that may cause diarrhea. Why do you feel stomachache when you wake up from sleep?

Abdominal distension, colic, drilling pain, dull pain and burning pain all fall into the category of abdominal pain and are a common clinical symptom. According to the rapidity of onset, abdominal pain can be divided into acute abdominal pain and chronic abdominal pain. Acute abdominal pain comes on suddenly, changes rapidly, and the condition is serious. The causes are complex and the localization is often not very accurate; chronic abdominal pain has a slow onset, a long course, or occurs secondary to acute abdominal pain, and the localization is accurate.

1) Acute abdominal pain is caused by many reasons and can be roughly divided into the following two categories according to the location of the lesion:

1. Intra-abdominal lesions.

① Organ inflammation - common in acute gastritis, acute enteritis, acute hepatitis, acute cholecystitis, acute pancreatitis, acute appendicitis, acute peritonitis and acute pyelonephritis, etc.

② Organ perforation - common in gastric and duodenal ulcer perforation, gastric cancer perforation and intestinal perforation.

③ Organ obstruction or torsion - common in gastric mucosal prolapse, acute intestinal obstruction, biliary ascariasis, gallstones, kidney and ureteral stones, and ovarian cyst pedicle torsion.

④ Organ rupture and bleeding - common in liver and spleen rupture, ectopic pregnancy, etc.

⑤ Organ vascular disease - common in mesenteric artery sclerosis and infarction, portal vein thrombosis, splenic infarction, renal infarction, abdominal aortic aneurysm and dissecting aortic aneurysm, etc.

⑥ Others - such as acute gastric dilatation, dysmenorrhea, etc.

2. Extra-abdominal diseases.

① Chest diseases - such as pneumonia, pleurisy and acute myocardial infarction.

② Poisoning and metabolic disorders - such as lead poisoning, diabetic ketoacidosis and uremia.

③ Allergic reactions and other diseases - such as abdominal allergic disease, acute hemolysis, abdominal epilepsy and neurosis.

2) Chronic abdominal pain has the characteristic of accurate location, and can be classified into the following categories according to the location of the pain:

1. Chronic right upper abdominal pain - common in chronic hepatitis, liver abscess, liver cancer, chronic cholecystitis, cholelithiasis and ulcer disease, etc.

2. Chronic upper and middle abdominal pain - common in esophageal hiatal hernia, esophagitis, cardiac cancer, gastric and duodenal ulcers, chronic gastritis, gastroptosis, gastric neurosis, chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer.

3. Chronic left upper abdominal pain-common in chronic gastritis, chronic pancreatitis, etc.

4. Chronic left and right lumbar and abdominal pain - common in renal ptosis, chronic pyelonephritis and urinary stones.

5. Chronic right lower abdominal pain - common in chronic appendicitis, intestinal tuberculosis and right salpingo-oophoritis, etc.

6. Chronic lower abdominal pain-common in chronic cystitis, prostatitis and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.

7. Chronic left lower abdominal pain - common in chronic dysentery, chronic colitis, rectal and sigmoid colon cancer, and left-sided salpingo-oophoritis.

8. Chronic widespread and non-localized abdominal pain - common in tuberculous peritonitis, intestinal adhesions, intestinal ascariasis and neurosis, etc.
