Hunger pangs. Sometimes, people feel less pain after eating, which could be a sign of an ulcer, said Mark Batiatsky, a gastroenterologist in New York. If it continues, you should see a doctor. It is recommended that people eat small and frequent meals to keep their stomachs away from hunger.
