What is the easiest way to remove contact lenses?

(1) After washing your hands, make sure to dry them thoroughly.

(2) Use the middle finger of your left hand to grab the upper eyelid, and the middle finger of your right hand to grab the lower eyelid, and then pull them apart.

(3) Look upward with your index finger touching the bottom of the lens.

(4) Use your index finger to push the lens toward the white of your eye.

(5) Use your thumb and index finger to remove the lens at the 5 and 7 o'clock positions.
