What is the cause of pain in the clavicle

Many friends often feel collarbone pain. Do not ignore the pain at the beginning, because ignoring it will only make the condition worse. So after the collarbone pain occurs, you must rule out the possible relationship with the lymph nodes, local cysts, and tumors, and find appropriate methods to prevent it.

What causes collarbone pain?

Joint dislocation refers to the incorrect position of the joint, sometimes the difference is only a fine line, so it is also called misalignment or misalignment. Although the relative positions of the upper and lower parts differ by only a fine line, the changes caused in the body vary in size and severity, as the saying goes, "a miss is as good as a mile." As long as there is a slight misalignment or misalignment between bones, it will cause tension and disorder in the surrounding normal soft tissues, and various nerves will begin to react inexplicably.

Dislocation is not the same as displacement. Even if the X-ray or MRI report does not show abnormalities, it does not mean that the patient is not feeling unwell, because the dislocation cannot be shown in the X-ray or MRI report. However, after the manipulation is used to reposition the patient, he or she immediately feels relaxed or relieved.

Because dislocation is a movement of bone joints less than 0.1 cm, it is difficult to detect (difficult to interpret) with instruments or X-rays. It can only be felt by an osteopath who has knowledge of anatomy and rich experience in palpation of bones, so it is often ignored, and eventually leads to sequelae such as rheumatic pain in the joint soft tissue and degenerative arthritis.

Long-term incorrect posture can lead to cervical strain, cervical dislocation or deformation, narrowing of the intervertebral space, cervical bone hyperplasia, and may also cause compression of the cervical spinal cord or cervical nerve roots and many discomfort symptoms in the body. Dislocation for a long time will cause muscle stiffness and tension, discomfort in the neck, shoulders and arms, shoulder and back pain, hand fatigue, hand paralysis, inability to exert force, or easy fatigue at work, and may also cause headaches, dizziness, etc. If the posture is repositioned by manipulation, all uncomfortable symptoms will disappear.

There are many reasons for cervical dislocation, most of which are caused by a pillow that is too high. Since the normal curvature of the cervical spine is a protrusion, if the pillow is too high, it will change this curvature, causing the protrusion to disappear, and compressing the nerves and vertebral arteries, causing numbness, pain or weakness in the neck, shoulders, elbows and hands, and may also cause brain hypoxia, dizziness, headache, insomnia, neurasthenia and other problems.

In addition to the above symptoms caused by a pillow that is too high, people who work with their phones held for a long time, those who work with their heads down, those who often use sofa arms as pillows, those who read in bed, and those who like diving are all prone to changes in the curvature of the cervical spine, which can compress the cervical nerves and vertebral arteries.

He should do flexibility exercises for the cervical spine and shoulder joints regularly, and practice hanging on the horizontal bar often (hanging on the horizontal bar means holding on with your hands, then bending your knees, straightening your arms, relaxing your shoulders, and using your body weight to pull up your shoulder joints, not pulling your body up) so that he can recover.
