4. Dysfunction of the radial humerostomy joint will cause inflammation of the tissues around the radial humerostomy joint, such as tendons, ligaments, synovial fluid, etc. The symptoms are also obvious tenderness on the outside of the elbow joint, and sometimes pain when picking up objects.

5. 3: Pay attention to correcting the posture of holding tools such as spatulas and kitchen knives to reduce the force on your hands.

5: Women should not hold children for too long.

6: Wear elbow pads when necessary to avoid worsening of the condition.
