1. Plum pit qi

As a result, qi movement is blocked, stagnating in the throat or attacking the spleen and stomach, causing dysfunction of transportation and transformation, and the inability to transport body fluids, which condense into phlegm, and stagnation of phlegm in the throat. Therefore, the onset of this disease often coincides with emotional fluctuations. When the mood is good, basically nothing is wrong. When the mood is bad, the condition becomes serious. It should be noted that in addition to the abnormal feeling of blockage in the throat, such as sticky phlegm, obstruction, foreign body sensation, etc., this disease sometimes also causes a burning sensation or even a crawling ant sensation.
