What disease is the precursor of chest pain

Pain in the front chest bone, also known as heart pain. It refers to severe pain in the precordial area and behind the sternum, with pain radiating to the left shoulder and back, accompanied by cold limbs, pale face, bluish lips, and sometimes incontinence. This is a manifestation of acute myocardial infarction. If you experience chest pain on a daily basis but the pain is not severe, it is likely a manifestation of coronary heart disease. If you find patients with hypertension or hyperlipidemia experiencing chest pain, you should seek medical attention immediately.

As the pace of life quickens, people always inadvertently "give up" a healthy lifestyle, such as exercising, combining work and rest, etc. Long-term work and stress can cause people to experience symptoms such as pain in the chest. Let’s understand what pain in the chest is.

1. Heart pain often manifests as: squeezing pain in the chest behind the sternum, extending to the precordial area and left upper limb, when working or emotionally excited, usually lasting for a few minutes, and is more common in men over 40 years old.

2. Excessive physical labor, emotional instability, overeating, cold, rainy weather and other internal and external factors may cause heart pain.

3. In addition to bad living habits that can cause heart pain, heart pain is also one of the symptoms of many diseases, such as coronary atherosclerosis, syphilitic aortitis, rheumatic coronary arteritis, hypertrophic primary cardiomyopathy, congenital coronary artery malformations, aortic valve stenosis or insufficiency, etc.

4. There are many issues that need to be considered for chest pain. If you have symptoms of acid reflux, belching, heartburn and burning pain behind the sternum after meals, you can consider the diagnosis of reflux esophagitis; if you have progressive dysphagia accompanied by pain behind the sternum and weight loss, you can consider esophageal cancer; if you are fat, have symptoms of three highs and have a history of pain behind the sternum after exercise and relief after rest, you should consider angina pectoris; if you have symptoms such as sternal tenderness, bleeding gums, low fever, etc., leukemia may be considered. In short, the symptoms of sternum pain are very complicated. Please go to a regular hospital for examination and treatment to avoid delaying the condition.

5. To treat the pain in the pit of the stomach, both medication and surgery are required, depending on the patient's condition.
