1. Meditation

2. Use your non-dominant hand

The first step is to use your non-dominant hand for most of the day. But don't use this method for more than an hour at a time, otherwise you will become overly tired.

3. Change your catchphrases

Another way is to change the way you speak, including using common swear words, or replacing the word "hey" with "". Again, this requires willpower to overcome instinct. 6. Bring some lures

To improve your ability to say no, you can carry something that is resistant to temptation with you every day. In the study, participants who were given chocolate with them were more resistant to other temptations. First, it's very difficult to know how to resist cravings. With regard to things that are tempting, insist on saying no to them. It doesn't mean you have to wear it with you all day long. As long as you can resist it, you can eventually ignore its interference.

7. Stay clear of your subconscious judgments

The last item is relatively simple, so please use your judgment. I started to daydream without realizing it, and my movements became mechanical. Take the time to think about why you made the decision you made and be more aware of your subconscious actions, asking yourself why you did what you did. For example, why do we eat porridge instead of eggs in the morning, and why do we put two spoons of sugar in coffee. Thinking consciously can improve your focus and self-control.
