What tea is good for the liver?

1. Dandelion tea

The whole dandelion plant can be used as medicine and food. It tastes bitter and sweet, and is cold in nature. It enters the liver, stomach, and kidney meridians, clears away heat and detoxifies, disperses stagnation and reduces swelling, removes dampness and promotes diuresis, and is especially effective in protecting the liver.

Wash dandelions (75 g), put them in a pot, and add water (1000 ml) to cover the dandelions. Bring to a boil over high heat, cover the pot, and simmer over low heat for one hour. Filter out the tea residue and drink it after it cools down.

2. Honey lemon tea

Use 15 grams of Panax notoginseng flower and 12 grams of mulberry leaves, brew with boiling water, and drink as tea. It can also be decocted in water and taken twice a day. It has the effect of calming the liver and purging fire.

4. Qiju Oolong Tea

Qiju Oolong Tea is rich in carotene, VB, VC, various amino acids and various mineral components such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, etc. Regular and moderate drinking can promote blood circulation and metabolism, prevent the accumulation of fat in the liver, nourish the liver and kidneys, relieve wind and improve eyesight. Add appropriate amount of chrysanthemum, 10 grams of wolfberry and appropriate amount of oolong tea, brew with boiling water, cover and soak for a while before drinking.

5. Pseudostellaria heterophylla, jujube and tangerine peel tea

Prince ginseng tastes sweet, slightly bitter, and is neutral in nature, with a slight cold side. It is a tonic product that is suitable for symptoms of spleen and lung deficiency, qi and yin deficiency, and qi and body fluid deficiency. Radix Pseudostellariae has a significant stimulating effect on lymphocytes.

15 grams of Prince ginseng, 5 dates, and 3 grams of dried tangerine peel. Wash the prince ginseng and jujube, put them together with the tangerine peel into a casserole, add appropriate amount of water to boil the soup, remove the residue and take the juice. It can be used as a substitute for tea and drunk frequently. It can be brewed 3-5 times in a row. It has the effect of regulating qi and soothing the stomach.
