How to make homemade laundry detergent?

Washing powder is a commonly used cleaning product in people's lives. Since the invention of washing powder, people have made great improvements in washing clothes and the cleanliness has been greatly improved. Although washing powder is effective, most families mainly buy it themselves. This cost is relatively high. In fact, laundry detergent can be made at home, it is cheap and very safe to use. Let’s take a look at how to make homemade laundry detergent.

Method 1:

1. Pour the soap crumbs into a stainless steel basin.

2. Add about 2400 grams of water (twice the weight of the soap pieces). I want to point out here that it doesn't matter whether you add more or less water.

3. The purpose of adding water is to melt the soap crumbs. Adding more water will make it easier to melt, but the drying time may be longer in the future, and vice versa.

4. Over low heat, slowly stir the soap crumbs to melt (adding water and letting it sit overnight will speed up the melting process).

5. Pour in 600 grams of edible pure alkali (about half the weight of the soap crumbs).

6. Stir well.

7. Use a net bag or lay it flat to dry in the sun for one to two months (the time limit will increase or decrease depending on weather conditions) until it is dry.

8. Break the soap blocks into pieces from time to time during the drying process.

9. Grind the dried soap blocks into powder or crush them (the finer the soap, the easier it is to dissolve in water).

10. Grinding into powder is a troublesome process. If there are no grinding tools, you can crush the dry soap blocks for use.

Method 2:

The basic formula ratio is: 15% sulfonic acid + 75% pure alkali + 10% sodium sulfate. You can adjust it according to the cost.

Raw materials added according to functional needs:

1. Enhance particle coagulation: add instant acid-resistant and alkali-resistant transparent thickening powder.

2. Enhance foaming and oil removal capabilities: add high-foaming degreasing agent.

3. Add essence to enhance the flavor.

4. Add protease to enhance the cleaning ability of blood stains and sweat stains.

5. Production of industrial laundry detergent: add super ion emulsifier.

Production process: Mix all the raw materials and ingredients evenly, and then use an expander to expand the particles to make large-particle laundry detergent. 4. Main production equipment: dry powder mixer and granule extruder.
