What causes eczema

For modern people, parotitis is also a very common disease. This disease has a great impact on daily life. Not only that, it is also very painful. It will make the injured fingers unable to move. Once you move or lift something, it will be really painful. In fact, to put it simply, most people maintain an action without moving the tendons, or hold the objects too heavy for too long, which causes finger ligament injuries. So let's talk in detail about what causes parotitis.

Tenosynovitis can be caused by injury, overstrain (especially in the hands and fingers), osteoarthritis, some immune diseases, or even infection. Symptoms include joint pain and morning stiffness. Usually, the feeling of morning joint stiffness is most obvious after getting up, and the symptoms will not be significantly relieved with frequent activities.

What causes tenosynovitis?

1. Keeping the hand or foot wrist in a fixed single posture for a long time

Like a driver, he often keeps his feet on the accelerator and brake, and has relatively little active time. There are also people like office computer typists, whose blood and muscle tissue in the joints cannot relax, thus causing tenosynovitis.

2. Fatigue caused by working

Tenosynovitis can also be caused by strains caused by fatigue.

3. Caused by neurological diseases

Neurological diseases such as gout and rheumatism may also cause tenosynovitis.

4. Liver and kidney deficiency

Insufficient Qi and blood is one of the main causes of tenosynovitis. With age, the essence of the liver and kidneys declines, and Qi and blood are insufficient. The muscles around the fingers of patients with tenosynovitis lack nourishment from Qi and blood, the flexor tendons degenerate, and the secretory function of the synovial sheath decreases. Slight external stimulation can lead to local inflammation of tenosynovitis.

5. The cause of inflammation is also related to accumulated strain

Patients with tenosynovitis may overwork their fingers, frequently flex and extend their fingers, which may lead to muscle injury. The flexor tendons of the fingers are repeatedly rubbed and squeezed in the bony fibrous tubes; or they may hold hard objects for a long time, which may squeeze the bony fibrous tubes between the hard objects and the metacarpal bones, causing local congestion and edema of the bony fibrous tubes.

6. Cold fingers are exposed to cold stimulation

Sluggish blood circulation causes blood stasis and obstruction, which leads to pain and causes the onset of tenosynovitis. Therefore, this is also a factor that causes tenosynovitis.
