How to hydrate your face if it is severely dehydrated

Many people's faces are not smooth and white. Sometimes, many people's skin is severely dehydrated. It is a hard truth that dehydrated skin needs to be moisturized, but moisturizing is not something you can do casually. It is more important to apply a moisturizing mask. However, the masks sold on the market now will add some natural ingredients. Some people's skin will not adapt to it, and when it is more sensitive, you can make a mask yourself at home with food ingredients.

Nourishing Mask

1. Carrot and apple mask. Choose red carrots.

2. Rose mask. 25-50g rose petals, 100ml water. Soak the rose petals in water for 2 hours, mash them into paste and apply on your face. Suitable for dry skin. Use with caution on allergic skin.

3. Linden flower mask. Grind the linden flowers, mix with cold boiled water into porridge, heat to 60-70 degrees and let cool. When the temperature drops to 37-40 degrees, apply the mask on your face, cover it with several layers of gauze, keep it on for 15-20 minutes and then wash it off. Moisturizes dry skin, making it smooth and elastic.

4. Almond and tomato mask. Suitable for skin with blackheads.

5. Cucumber, carrot and egg white mask. Nourish, improve skin roughness and make skin delicate. Blend cucumber and carrot juice and add honey to drink it, which will produce better results when combined with facial mask.

6. Juice mask. Apricots, peaches, grapes, watermelons, etc. can be used. Add flour and mix.

7. Banana and sesame oil mask. Suitable for dry and normal skin.

8. Yogurt mask. Yogurt + flour. Mild effect.

9. Honey, egg yolk and olive oil mask. Replenish skin nutrients.

Moisturizing mask.

1. Honey mask.

2. Aloe vera mask. Maintain, repair, whiten, moisturize and restore skin elasticity.

3. Cucumber mask. Hydrating and moisturizing.

4. Banana and milk mask.

5. Carrot and mayonnaise mask. Remove dead cells and moisturize.

Dry skin is probably the biggest complaint among women. A recent survey shows that 60% of women are most concerned about dry skin, even more than wrinkles. 70% of them said their body skin was very dry in winter, and 40% had dry facial skin. (In summer, the figures are 34% and 15% respectively)
