If you don’t have time, you should subconsciously take deep breaths when you are free. 3. Complete Breathing Method Training The training of complete breathing method is very simple. The most basic method is to hold your breath and then take a deep breath. Yongquan acupoint: First, contract your abdomen, inhale through your nose, and let your abdomen slowly fill with air. Then hold your breath briefly and exhale the air through your nose. Because abdominal breathing cannot be formed naturally without training, it should be practiced repeatedly several times a day.
