Technique Three

Put your palms together, and start from where the lower edge of one side of the chest meets the ribs. Use four fingers side by side with balanced force to push the chest upwards. Before massage, you can apply some breast enhancement essential oil on your chest, then cover your chest with both hands, and massage in circles in a clockwise direction towards the bottom of the breast, repeating more than 30 times.
