Can toothpaste remove nail polish?

For female friends, the purpose of growing long nails is to make their hands look so slender. Nowadays, makeup technology is becoming more and more advanced, so women with long nails like to get manicures, and even the poorest ones will apply some nail polish. However, nail polish will partially fall off after being applied for a period of time. So, can you remove nail polish using the toothpaste you usually use to brush your teeth?

How to remove nail polish without nail polish remover:

1. Use white vinegar, or a vinegar solution mixed with lemon juice. Vinegar is an acidic substance and a versatile, all-natural household cleaner. So, it actually makes sense to use it to remove nail polish. You can juice half a lemon and add it to the vinegar, or add some orange juice to enhance the effect by taking advantage of the powerful cleansing properties of citrus fruits. Soak your fingers in the vinegar solution for 10 to 15 minutes, then try to remove the nail polish. Don't scratch your nails, as this can make them brittle.

2. Use regular toothpaste to remove nail polish. Just apply a little toothpaste and wipe off the nail polish with an old toothbrush or paper towel. Generally speaking, white toothpaste works best at removing nail polish.

3. Mix hydrogen peroxide and hot water in a ratio of 2:1 and soak your fingers for 10 minutes. For every cup of hot water, you need to mix 2 cups of hydrogen peroxide. Use the hottest water you can tolerate, rub your nails lightly with your other fingers, and then use a nail file to remove the nail polish.
