Insert a U-shaped tube on the sealing cover to exhaust air, and sulfur dioxide will be discharged along with the fermentation gas. 3. The amount of pulp poured in should not exceed 4/5 of the volume of the fermentation container. Fermentation tubes need to be installed during the fermentation process. Home-brewed wine will produce carbon dioxide during the fermentation process. If too much fruit pulp is poured in and the fermentation tank is not installed, it is easy to cause the container to burst and cause unnecessary losses. 4. It is best to choose an opaque ceramic jar for brewing wine. If the jar you are using is a clear glass jar, you should cover the jar with a black plastic bag during the fermentation process.
