What's wrong with my back pain

Back pain is very common, but what causes back pain? Many people don’t understand this issue well. Back pain does not occur randomly, it also has some reasons. The reasons for back pain in different people are also different. When there is such a situation, it is necessary to adjust all aspects of oneself to improve the problem.

So what is the cause of back pain? The following is a detailed introduction so that you can have a good understanding of this type of problem and know what to do best when it occurs, which will not cause any harm to human health.

What causes back pain:

Generally speaking, symptoms may occur when there is an abnormality in any structure of the spine. The most common cause is a herniated disc, which compresses the nerves and causes pain; the second most common cause is soft tissue damage such as muscle sprains, ligament strains, etc., which are usually caused by sports injuries; degenerative arthritis, ankylosing arthritis, spinal canal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, scoliosis, uneven leg lengths, and poor posture are all causes of back pain.

According to statistical analysis by New Zealand physiotherapy experts, 80% of back pain in humans is caused by mechanical reasons. Therefore, the development of general back pain is divided into three stages:

The first stage is the poor posture syndrome stage, that is, the back pain is caused by poor posture. The tissue structure at this stage is still intact and normal, but the posture is deviated. Therefore, some muscle groups are in a stretched state for a long time like rubber bands, which will eventually lead to fatigue and soreness symptoms. The solution is to correct your posture and maintain a good posture at all times, which will quickly eliminate the pain.

The second stage is the dysfunction syndrome stage, which is caused by long-term poor posture, degenerative arthritis, or a history of injury, resulting in soft tissue damage. At this time, the spinal structure is not a big deal, but the soft tissue has changed and it takes a long time to correct it before it can recover.

The third stage is the structural disorder syndrome period, in which the arrangement of the vertebrae or the position of the intervertebral discs have changed. It is the most serious period. In addition to posture correction and muscle strength training, physical therapy methods such as heat therapy or traction therapy should be used to relieve symptoms and return to normal.

Through the above introduction, you will have a clearer understanding of what causes back pain. Therefore, when this problem occurs, you can improve it according to the above methods, especially correct your posture. This will be very helpful in improving back pain and making it disappear.
