So when reading e-books, it is best not to lie down and don't read for too long at a time.

Generally, it takes a long time to read e-books. First of all, don't read while lying down or facing the screen for a long time. Keep a certain distance between your eyes and the screen. Don't read in a dark environment. It is best to have lights around.

People with glaucoma or at risk of developing glaucoma. For example, a doctor may find that a person has a shallow anterior chamber, a narrow angle, and high intraocular pressure, or that there are blood relatives with glaucoma or patients in the expansion stage of senile cataracts.

Patients with severe dry eye. Keeping your eyes open and using them for long periods of time can aggravate dry eyes. If you sit in the first three rows of the theater, because you are too close to the screen, you have to tilt your neck and look upward with your eyes wide open when watching a movie, which exposes a large area of the eye surface to the air and can significantly aggravate dry eye syndrome.

First disinfect the basin, pour in warm water, adjust the water temperature, put your face in the water, open your eyes in the water, move your eyeballs up and down, left and right 9 times each, and then rotate clockwise and counterclockwise 9 times. At first, when water enters the eyes, the eyes will feel extremely uncomfortable, but as the eyeballs move, the eyes will slowly feel very comfortable. If you feel difficulty breathing while doing this exercise, you may lift your face out of the basin and take a deep breath outside. This method can wash away harmful substances and dust in the eyes. It is also effective for mild cataracts and can improve the degree of refractive errors such as astigmatism, hyperopia and myopia.
