Correct sleeping posture to correct wide hips

Contract your gluteus maximus

Effect: Contraction and exercise of gluteus maximus.

Method: Stand with your hands on the back of a chair, straighten your right leg, press the instep, and lift it back to the limit. Keep your right leg straight and the instep pressed, then lift it forward. This counts as one rep. Do this 30 times in a row and then change legs.

Reminder: Keep your legs, knees and toes straight and do not bend them. Keep your upper body straight.

2. Exercise the gluteus medius

Effect: Strengthen the gluteus medius and improve leg lines.

Step 1: Lay your left side on the ground, support yourself with your hands lightly touching the ground, and without leaning your hips backward, lift your right leg forward until it is 90 degrees to your body, without your right foot touching the ground.

Step 2: Then kick your right foot backwards to the limit. This counts as 1 time. Do 10 times in total, then switch sides.

Reminder: Keep your upper body stable and do not shake when doing this.

3. Beautify the hip line

Effect: stretch the crotch and beautify the buttocks line.

Method: Stand with your hands on your hips in preparation. Stretch your left leg out and take a big step back. Bend your right knee to 90 degrees. Then bring your left foot back and switch to your right foot. This counts as one rep. Do this 30 times in total, moving rhythmically on both sides.

Reminder: When bending your knees, do not extend beyond your toes. When doing this, make sure your knees and toes are facing forward.

Don’t worry too much about problems like wide fake hips and big buttocks. In fact, there are many solutions.
