The nose is an important part of our body and the beginning of the respiratory tract. But winter is here, the weather is getting colder, and many of my friends will catch colds and have problems with rhinitis and nasal congestion. Their noses are always itchy and sour, and they always have a lot of snot, and their noses make a "buzzing" sound when they talk. That's really hard to accept. But we cannot succumb to it and must fight the virus. Next, I will talk about how to treat rhinitis and nasal acid. 1. Rhinitis 1. Prepare saline solution (put two spoons of salt in a 100 ml bottle and dilute with boiling water), use a cotton ball wrapped with a toothpick and dipped in the saline solution to wash your nostrils, then temporarily leave the cotton wool in your nostrils, then either tilt your head back or lie flat, press both sides of your nose with your index finger and thumb, 2. Suck hard to allow the saline solution on the cotton ball to flow into the throat. At first, you may feel a pungent and unbearable irritation in your nose, but you will get used to it after a few times. You can also wash with a lighter salt water first and gradually increase the concentration to allow your nasal cavity to slowly adapt. 3. Mash a clove of garlic, wrap it in a clean bean curd cloth, squeeze out the garlic juice and drip two drops into each nostril, then press the nose fan with your fingers a few times so that the nostrils can be covered with the garlic juice. It will take one time for mild cases and two times for severe cases (do not use this method if you are allergic to garlic) 4. Find a few meters of old loofah vines, dry them in the sun, cut them into thin sections, and then bake them on a tile until they are half-burnt. Then grind them into powder on a panel and put them in a bottle for later use. When using, clean the nasal mucus in the nasal cavity, wipe the nasal cavity with a clean cotton ball, then use a thin plastic tube to ask your family to help blow the loofah vine powder into the nasal cavity, and then plug the nostrils with a dry cotton ball. It is best to use it before going to bed at night. 2. Nasal acid 1. Rub the outer sides of your thumbs against each other. When you feel the heat, massage up and down along the bridge of your nose and both sides of your nose wings about 30 times. Next, massage the Yingxiang points on both sides of the nose for 15-20 times. The Yingxiang point is 0.5 cm outside the nose wing. You can use the thumbs of both hands, or the thumb and index finger of one hand to massage it. Generally, rub it 20 to 30 times. It is best to do it twice a day. When massaging, the technique should be from light to heavy, and be careful not to damage the skin. In addition to massaging once before getting up in the morning and before going to bed at night, you can also do it in your free time. 2. Drink more water, avoid cold, take oral medications such as Aminoca Huangmin Capsules and Qingkailing, keep warm, and avoid inhaling cold air to avoid aggravating nasal acid |
