What are the methods to eliminate purple lines

I believe that many people will find a phenomenon in their lives, that is, some purple lines will inexplicably appear on their thighs, chests and other parts of the body. In fact, these purple lines are what we call skin expansion lines, which are particularly prone to appear on the chest, thighs, and the outside of the buttocks. It is recommended to eat more low-fat foods and green fresh vegetables and fruits, avoid high-salt diets and spicy foods, or use some oral vitamin C or apply aloe vera gel.

1. Symptoms of purple lines

What are purple lines? It refers to the appearance of purple-red, spindle-shaped, unevenly sized skin wrinkles on the skin, which usually appear on the chest and thighs, and may also appear on the outer side of the buttocks, armpits, and popliteal fossa. It is often caused by excessive secretion of glucocorticoids by the adrenal cortex due to various reasons. Young people usually develop these lines because their bones, muscles or fat grow too quickly, exceeding the growth rate of their skin. These lines on young people are called stretch marks. Similar lines also appear on the belly of pregnant women, which are called stretch marks. Although it looks a bit ugly, it is actually caused by the rapid enlargement of some parts of the body and the inability of the local epidermis to expand in time.

2. Purple stripe food taboos

People with purple lines should eat more low-fat foods, high-quality protein foods, green vegetables, more calcium-containing foods, more coarse grains, potatoes, etc. as staple foods, and a light diet. Eating green and healthy food, with less fat and less calories is the best choice. At the same time, you should also abstain from food that excites the nerves, avoid high-salt foods, spicy and irritating foods, etc. Coffee is a drink that stimulates nerves and can cause blood pressure to rise, which is a big taboo. Obese people are advised to lose weight appropriately, do appropriate exercise in the morning and evening to increase skin looseness, take vitamin C and vitamin E orally, and apply aloe vera gel externally for treatment.

3. How to eliminate purple lines

Some people say that it will fade over time, so there is no need to waste time and money on treatment. However, if you don’t treat it, there will be marks on your skin, which will be a bit unsightly. It is best to consult a professional doctor to prescribe the right medicine.
