How to use the water heater? How to use the water heater

A water heater is an electrical appliance that is needed in every household nowadays. When using a water heater for the first time, you need to pay attention to some methods and techniques. If it is not handled properly, the water may not flow normally, or the life of the water heater may be shortened. Therefore, you need to be careful when using a water heater for the first time. So, how should you use a water heater? Here is how to use your water heater for the first time.

The key points of using electric water heaters are

Water supply, electricity supply, heating, hot water supply

Four steps.

The following describes the operation process of the closed water heater .

⒈Water flow. Pay special attention when using it for the first time. Open the hot water valve or hot water faucet of the cold water regulating valve first to expel air when filling water. Then open the tap valve leading to the water heater and fill the water heater with water. Do not open it too wide to cause a large impact. When water flows out of the hot water faucet or nozzle, it means that the water heater is full of water. Turn off the hot water outlet valve.

⒉ Turn on the power. After checking that the water supply is normal, set the required water temperature, insert the power plug into the socket, and turn on the power.

⒊Heating. After connecting the circuit, turn on the power switch of the water heater, the heating light will light up indicating normal operation, and heating will begin. The heating light goes out and the keep-warm light comes on, indicating that heating has stopped and the water temperature has reached the requirement and can be used.

⒋ Use hot water. To suit the usage, the mixed water temperature can be adjusted, that is, the flow rate of hot water and cold water can be adjusted. When adjusting the water temperature, test the temperature with your hand and do not spray it directly on your body to avoid burns. Closed water heaters allow continuous operation and can automatically control the temperature, and families can choose according to their needs. If there is no special need, the temperature control should not be adjusted too high to save energy and extend the service life of the water heater. Open water heaters cannot be filled with water automatically and must be filled manually to the required water level. However, the water level must be more than 10 cm above the electric heating tube, and generally there must be at least half of the water. Before using an open water heater, be sure to cut off the power supply to ensure safety.
