How is lipstick made?

There are all kinds of lipsticks on the market now. Some big brands of lipsticks are very expensive. Women are willing to spend money for these lipsticks, and men are also willing to spend money to buy lipsticks for their beloved women. In fact, everyone can make lipstick by themselves. This is a very interesting process. The cost is very low, and the lipstick effect is also very good. Let's learn in detail several methods of making lipstick.

First, lipstick making method (I)

Ingredients: 5ml (1 teaspoon) beeswax, 40ml (8 teaspoons) natural vegetable oil, olive oil is recommended.

Buy: Beeswax, available at chemical raw material stores; Coconut oil, available at chemical raw material stores.

Cost: About 1 yuan per 50ml beeswax olive oil lip balm.

Production:

1. Pour the olive oil into a measuring cup.

2. Add beeswax to olive oil.

3. Place the measuring cup containing the mixture of olive oil and beeswax into a boiling pot and heat it over water until the beeswax is completely melted. The color of the melted solution is slightly darker than that of pure olive oil.

4. Add vitamin E after it melts. Use scissors to cut it open first, and then squeeze the solution in.

5. Add honey quickly. If necessary, continue heating it in the pot and stirring it. Otherwise, the honey will not melt into the olive oil and will clump together.

6: Add the essential oil, add it, stir it, and you’re almost done.

7. Finally, pour the prepared solution into the lipstick tube. If you don’t want essential oil, pour some of it into the lipstick tube before adding the essential oil.

8. Put the lid on the lipstick tube filled with the solution, then put it in the freezer for 10 minutes and you're done.

Second, lipstick making method (II)

Tools/Materials:

Old lip liner, Vaseline

Embroidery needle, glassware, microwave, hot water, empty lipstick tube, small wooden stick.

Method/Steps:

1. First, use an embroidery needle to pick out the red stuff in the lip liner and put it in a container. Then cut a piece of Vaseline and put it in the container.

2. Then pour water into the pot, put it in the microwave and bring it to a boil, then turn off the heat and place the utensils in the pot until the contents are melted.

3. After melting, stir it evenly with a small wooden stick, then pour it into an empty lipstick tube and wait for 20 minutes for it to solidify, then it's done.

Note:

Be sure to place it out of sight of young children to prevent them from mistaking it for candy.

Although homemade ones are safer, small children can still be poisoned if swallowed.

Keep in a cool place away from direct sunlight and avoid places where ants pass, because honey is sweet and easily attacked by ants. It is recommended not to overuse this lip gloss before going to bed at night to avoid getting honey on your pillow. Also, pay special attention when storing this lip gloss to avoid attracting ants in your home!
